Mr. Zhen Wang - President and CEO
Mr. Wang has extensive experience in developing and operating base metals mines in Inner Mongolia. He is a self starter in the mining industry. He had been working for Baiyinnuoer lead-zinc mine for nearly 15 years before he established his own enterprises. In recognition of his entrepreneurship, he was awarded by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the "Model Worker" of Year 2005. Mr. Wang received an MBA from Peking University in 2003.

Mr. Graham Warren - Chief Financial Officer
Graham Warren is a senior financial executive with over 25 years of experience with emerging companies in the oil and gas, mining, environmental, biotech and software sectors. He has extensive operations, international business,corporate finance and public market experience. Based in Toronto, Mr. Warren has a private consulting firm, Graham C.Warren Consulting, and has served as Chief Financial Officer of Umedik Inc. and Medtech Environmental Ltd, a subsidiary of Stericycle Inc.. He is a past director Hanfeng Evergreen Inc (TSX:HF), where he served as Chairman of the audit committee. Mr. Warren also serves as Chief Financial Officer of Changfeng Energy Inc (TSXV:CFY) and Exile Resources Inc (TSXV:ERI) and is a director of Active Control Technology Inc (TSXV:ACT). Mr. Warren also serves as the Chairman of the audit committee for the Opimian Society. He holds a B.Comm. degree from Concordia University and a C.M.A. designation from the Society of Management Accountants.

Mr. Zhi Xu - Vice President, Exploration
Mr. Xu has more than 20 years' experience in geological exploration. He was a director of the Geo-exploration Department of China Geo-exploration & Engineering General Bureau from 2000 to 2006. Before that, he was a senior engineer of the First Bureau of China Exploration & Engineering Bureau.

Mr. Kan Li - Vice President, Mine Manager
Mr. Li was the vice president of Baiyin Non-ferrous Metal Company in Gansu Province for 20 years before joining Arehada. In 2003, he was designated as a senior mining engineer by Baiyin Non-Ferrous Metal Company.

Mr. Chunming Zhang - Vice President, Smelting
Mr. Zhang has been working in the mine smelting industry for more than 20 years since he graduated from Shenyang Gold College. He was the vice president of Chifeng Kubohongye Zinc Ltd. in Inner Mongolia from 1992 to 2006.
